Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain items such as personal care products, beauty items, or customized goods may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
