Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, beauty items, or customized goods may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@theelbine.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
